Please Please Help!!!! Flower tutorial for adobe illustrator?

I'm having a lot of trouble with this tutorial for adobe illustrator :(





Please tell me how to create stroke paths which are two different colours like it says on the tutorial





every time i try, all i get is the whole flower petal path being one colour and so the blend tool doesn't work!

ha ha ha.... dont confuse its so simple


i think you get confuse on create a path with 2 colors


ok try this


1st draw the curve for one side (*like left ...(....bracket *) with red color


and take a copy (ctrl+c)


place it on front (ctrl+F)


change the color to green


now right click %26gt; transform %26gt; reflect %26gt; ok


move the green to right side slowly as much


now you can see both red %26amp; blue color curves like ()


select the both curves


go to object menu %26gt; blend %26gt; blend option %26gt; select specified steps %26gt; give the value 10 %26gt; click ok


now again go to object menu %26gt; blend %26gt; make


that it enzoy.....
