You can find here

NAPP (National Association of Professional Photographers) web site offers this. Its is worth it to join to access the lessons. They also have great magazines that give step by step instructions-Levels and Photoshop. They also have podcasts weekly. (These are free)I have seen some things on illustrator there although it is mostly photoshop. Also. go to hp.com. They have free classes offered that are excellent, Photoshop CS2, Excel, etc.) I have not seen Illustrator offered. Perhaps you could request it.
